BEing a finalist is already a huge achievement. Our project and presentation has been competing hard against the rest of the teams. Being 2nd ESO students we are very proud of ourselves since we were competing against 4th ESO and baccalaureate students. Good job!<\/p>\n<p>The following is the original text by the students (in catalan):<\/p>\n<p><em>El grup ha fet una presentaci\u00f3 excel\u00b7lent tot i els grans nervis que portaven a sobre. Despr\u00e9s dels nervis en el primer assaig, s&#8217;han sabut relaxar i fer-ho molt i molt b\u00e9. La Lola i la Clara ho han clavat, el Miquel hi ha sabut posar el toc personal amb gr\u00e0cia, el Gang-Min s&#8217;ha mostrat convincent i la Gala ha donat el toc d&#8217;espontane\u00eftat necess\u00e0ria per fer la presentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica (cosa que ha estat aplaudida pel jurat). Al torn de preguntes tamb\u00e9 han sabut contestar de forma correcta i compenetrada, sense cap tipus de vergonya o inseguretat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La resta de grups tamb\u00e9 ho han fet molt b\u00e9, amb idees interessants i una gran dosi d&#8217;imaginaci\u00f3 en v\u00eddeos i elements de m\u00e0rqueting. Les idees anaven des d&#8217;aixetes intel\u00b7ligents per aprofitar l&#8217;aigua a reutilitzar paper usat per tal de fer testos i regar les plantes amb aigua de pluja recuperada amb ampolles de pl\u00e0stic. Finalment, el grup guanyador ha estat el grup de ESO IV de l&#8217;Escola Projecte, que pret\u00e9n recuperar l&#8217;energia dels impactes de la pilota de b\u00e0squet mentre juguen per tal de fer funcionar una bomba d&#8217;aigua i aix\u00ed regar un hort. L&#8217;acte l&#8217;ha condu\u00eft el Dani Ram\u00edrez (popular comunicador cient\u00edfic), que ens ha fet un recorregut per la hist\u00f2ria de la ci\u00e8ncia a partir d&#8217;experiments impactants.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Com a fruit positiu, en traiem un aprenentatge immens i una experi\u00e8ncia inesborrable. La iniciativa d&#8217;un grup d&#8217;estudiants de 2n d&#8217;ESO que han sabut estar oberts al m\u00f3n, aprofitar l&#8217;oportunitat i a no tenir por de llan\u00e7ar-se a treballar amb ganes, sacrificant hores d&#8217;esbarjo per intentar fer una iniciativa viable amb l&#8217;objectiu de millorar el nostre planeta i reduir l&#8217;impacte perjudicial que el nostre trag\u00ed diari li est\u00e0 causant.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have won in many ways, even if the haven&#8217;t won the main prize.
