We&#8217;ve had plenty of interactive classes online and we could not do without our annual Sports Day.<\/p>\n<p>This year it has consisted of conferences and interviews with world-renowned athletes who are also former students of Aula. They talked about their professional careers and our students had the chance to ask them any questions they wanted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Javier Garrido, volleyball player in the Spanish Super League<\/li>\n<li>Laia Palau, Olympic basketball player, silver medalist in the world championships, and gold, silver and bronze medalist in the European Championships<\/li>\n<li>Josep Maria Bartomeu, chairman and president of FC Barcelona<\/li>\n<li>Gerard Gomila, basketball player, European Junior champion and MVP of the final<\/li>\n<li>Joan Herp, Olympic sailor, Rio de Janeiro Olympics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also some of our current baccalaureate students prepared a conference about sports and studies based on basketball, soccer and handball.<\/p>\n<p>[slider]<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-120607\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aula-ee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20200617-wa0005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"338\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-120611\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aula-ee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20200617-wa0006.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"484\" \/><\/p>\n<p>[\/slider]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During these last few months sports have remained just as important as they were when we were at school (if not more).
