Strategic plan 2021-2025
During the 2020-2021 academic year, the school conducted a strategic review process of the fundamental aspects of our pedagogical project.
It was a moment of reflection to review the foundational pillars upon which our school is built:
- Who are we? What is our school’s raison d’être?
- What are the values and behaviours we expect from our teachers, students, and their families?
- What are the objectives we set ourselves to improve the experience of our students: learning, personal development, and transition to adulthood?
- How can we measure the successful fulfilment of our purpose?
To carry out this work, a team headed up by Laia Pemán, as Academic Director, was created made up school staff from all of the Sections:
- Naziha Benbey, French language teacher in Kindergarten.
- Rosa Falgà, Primary school teacher.
- Melissa Lemke, English language teacher in Primary School.
- Eva Cabarrocas, Academic Secretary of the school.
- Jordi Mazón, Physics teacher in Secondary School and Baccalaureate
It also involved the participation of teaching staff, administrative staff, students, and their families, as well as former students.
The result was a five-year strategic plan, from 2021 to 2025.
